Risk assessments were ongoing throughout this challenge as Rachel's personal safety was foremost.  So for safety reasons last minute run route changes were made due to weather/road conditions, wet/windy conditions make surfaces very slippery especially any off road routes.  Daily marathons were completed even if on indoor run machines due to any given dangerous road/track conditions.
